James Acaster's Findings

(3.2 stars; 6 reviews)

Award-winning comedian and Hypothetical host James Acaster presents the remarkable results of his in-depth research into a variety of subjects, with the help of Nathaniel Metcalfe and Bryony Hannah. In these five shows, he probes deeply into topics such as bread, wood, fruit, wheels, and paint, sharing his eye-opening conclusions.

In the pilot show 'Bread', Acaster reveals why the French struggle to advertise brioche and explores the trendy bagel. 'Wood' sees him investigating the difference between the xylophone and the glockenspiel, while 'Fruit' finds him in a heated debate over orange juice with bits. 'Wheels' features an analysis of 'The Wheels on the Bus', and in 'Paint', he speculates on the identity of Banksy while engaging in paintball.

Written and performed by James Acaster, featuring Nathaniel Metcalfe and Bryony Hannah, this series was first broadcast on BBC Radio 4.
