True Benchly was a snappy writer in his humorous columns, however, that doesn't mean the reader had to read at such a break-necked pace. In grasping only that aspect it was over done, as evidenced by his slurrying of words. Good modulation consists of three characteristics pitch, pace, and power. I hope the reader incorporates the other two factors in future endeavors. Pleasant voice quality, just disappointed to finally get some Benchly and have it delivered like a drive through fast food transaction.
