I couldn't listen to this. I started listening to the Turgenev story, 'Mumu' but the reader's command of English was so poor as to make it almost impossible to understand. To be clear, this is not the fault of the reader, but is the fault of the coordinator of this project. It is unfair on wveryone to allow such a bad reading to make it into the final 'edit'. It means that readers will give up, and then the work of all the good readers will have gone to waste. It's like making a fine soup and then ruining it by adding some rotten vegetables. Shameful. Shameful of this coordinator, editor, project manager or whatever they call themselves, to allow this poor piece of work to disgrace the virtual bookshelves of Librivox.
