The Yellow Sheet (LibriVox NaNoWriMo novel 2007)

Lu par LibriVox Volunteers

(2 stars; 4 reviews)

An atomic bomb explodes in the mountains of Montana. But was there really a bomb? And was it really in Montana, or in Tokyo? Are Liz and Elizabeth the same woman, is she married with children, is her husband a spy? These and many other questions are constantly asked, and answered, in this round-robin small book written and recorded by LibriVox volunteers during the National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) November 2007. (Summary by Gesine) (4 hr 44 min)

Critiques

What, where???

(0.5 stars)

I'm on chapter 6 apparently most of what I've listened to is the daydreaming of a writer, but that may be a daydream as well... there is nothing that has got my attention enough to continue listening!

Homosexuality

(0 stars)

There's a lesbian couple in the story, beginning in chapter 3 where they're slightly physical in bed. I turned it off and haven't listened to any more, but am posting this as a warning in case anyone else finds it objectionable or wants to monitor what children may listen to.
