One of the most powerful books I’ve ever read. Everything that was written/said had so much truth in it. Made me realize my flaws and how to improve them in a healthy non self destructive manner. I recommend this for anyone struggling with depression, a lack of motivation. Or just looking for a positive mental boost.

Amazing book to listen

Explain the power we all have within us waiting to be conquered, The ability to concentrate and manifest our Will to reach our goals and ultimately grasp our spiritual nature which can lead us to a Fulfilling life, never give up and always opt for a rightous life, never is too late. Absolutely worthwhile with excellent audio quality

(4 stars)

powerful and useful advice that you can immediately apply to everyday living and already feel a sense of change in one's habits. the narrator however, was a little monotonous, also uses unusual punctuations and breaks that doesn't allow for a consistent comprehensive flow. Besides this the book was a good listen

Enjoyed the information found in the book and found it rather enlightening. However, I didn’t always agree with the author’s delivery or framework of thinking. I found it very useful to cross reference other books while absorbing The Power of Concentration.

A Good Complement to Other Meditation Exercises.

(4.5 stars)

The exercises for concentration and simple meditation were good enough to bookmark, and I will be listening to parts of this again. The reader speaks well and clearly presses through the material at a steady pace.

Great book with great insight

(5 stars)

This book goes a long way into telling you how to deal with yourself when you concentrate and all the countless exploits you can do as a result of concentration.

Timeless book

I love the reader, her clear reading and consistent pase. I am amazed by this book, it can easily live amongst mind management books that were written in the past 10 years.

Some very helpful stuff

(4 stars)

And a little not-so-helpful stuff, like some proto-New Age "Law of Attraction" sprinkled all throughout. But don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
