I've Always Loved You

English · Dramatic Readings

Lux Radio Theatre brings Hollywood stories to radio, adapting films and other popular works as dramatic broadcasts. Its productions feature a cast of actors performing the story in dialogue, with narration and music helping shape the scenes.

The program is known for presenting polished, star-led adaptations, often with performers associated with the original screen versions appearing in radio roles. The result combines the intimacy of a live performance with the sweep of a movie-style drama, using voices, sound effects, and orchestral cues to suggest settings and shifts in mood.

This broadcast presents I've Always Loved You as a radio drama. Listeners can enjoy a self-contained story shaped by theatrical performances and the program’s cinematic approach to sound.
