In every country there have been certain men and women whose busy lives have made the world better or wiser. The names of such are heard so often that every child should know a few facts about them. Critiques

just had to put it out there

(5 stars)

I can't believe some people think it so horrible that not enough women or minorities are present in an old children's history book, which is free in audiobook format... how about people give a fair review for what is actually in the book, and not their righteous ideas of what should be? I have no complaints with this book.
