I love this book and can’t wait to read it with my grandchildren. It is the exact kind of book that explains why and how God works as well as the battles we face as his soldiers. The invitation to “enlist in the Lord’s army” is complete when the minister asks, “Do you want to be in the devil’s army?”

Timeless tale of the struggles to do right! A young man wants to be a soldier like his father, and joins the most important warfare against his sinful nature. Jesus becomes his SAVIOR, and the daily battles and victories of life ensue.
