My children and I have enjoyed many of the Uncle Wiggily books but not this one. There is basically one plot, which is that a bad creature tries to kill U.W. and he barely escapes, repeated with minor variations in every chapter. Not recommended. If we did this before bed we would have nightmares. Try another U.W.
